Frequently Asked Questions

Where do you ship from?

How long does delivery take?

Delivery typically takes 7–14 days from the order date, depending on your location.

Is shipping really free over $20?

Yes. All orders with a merchandise subtotal of $20 or more ship free — no code needed.

How do I know an accessory fits my device?

Each product page lists compatible devices and connection sizes (e.g., 10mm / 14mm / 18mm joints). If you're unsure, email info@vapingfans.com with your device model before ordering.

What is your return policy?

Please see our Refund Policy for details on returns and exchanges.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Yes. Visit our Wholesale page or email info@vapingfans.com for MOQ and tiered pricing.

Are your products for adults only?

Yes. Our products are intended strictly for adults of legal age in their jurisdiction (18+ or 21+ where applicable). We do not sell to minors.

How can I contact you?

Email info@vapingfans.com for customer service or frodo@vapingfans.com. See our Contact page.

What are dosing capsules?

Dosing capsules are small refillable stainless steel containers that hold a pre-measured amount of dry herb. You fill them in advance, drop one into your vaporizer, and swap it for a fresh one when done — faster sessions, cleaner oven, less mess.

What size water pipe adapter do I need?

Measure your water piece's joint: 10mm, 14mm, and 18mm are the standard sizes, with 14mm being the most common. Joints pair male-to-female. Our 3-in-1 adapters fit all three sizes if you own multiple pieces.

How do I clean glass vaporizer accessories?

Soak glass pieces in isopropyl alcohol for 15–30 minutes, rinse with warm water, and air-dry completely. For stubborn buildup, repeat or use coarse salt as a gentle abrasive with the alcohol.

Will this accessory fit my vaporizer?

Every product page lists compatible devices and joint sizes. If your device isn't listed or you're unsure, email info@vapingfans.com with your device model and we'll confirm before you order.
